Orchard Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in addressing our clients questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience
- 6 months to 1 year of related Customer Service experience.
- Strong computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Outlook), SAP
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Detailed and results oriented
- Some knowledge of laboratory services and technical terminology
- Problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
