Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role split between Administration/Operations and Digital Marketing, in the Morristown - Randolph, NJ area. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and providing executive administrative assistance. The role requires strong clerical skills.

The Marketing Side:


  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations. Update dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Social Media Management & Graphic Design: Graphic design and the ability to get everything into the correct sizing is critical. Our creative teams will be guiding this and are there for support.
  • Assisting with Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking marketing projects and campaigns. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing initiatives. Compile and analyze data to create reports and presentations for the CMO.
  • Content Creation: Assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure consistency and accuracy.mPlan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, conferences, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and attendee communications.
  • Hosting & Registrar: (Registrar) Login, renew, cancel, orders - (Hosting) Login, add user, general support tickets, etc (this area can be learned if not familiar) Basic Website Testing (Forms & Directory, Functionality, Mobile Optimizations, etc

  • The Administrative Side:

    • Administrative Assistance / Executive Administrative Assistance
    • Ability to manage billing and mid-level accounting tasks
    • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
    • Clerical Skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Experience with event planning and coordination
