Trina Solar US Project Development & Investment team is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager (Business Operations Manager) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to advance his/her career to the next level. Reporting to the US Country Manager, the Finance Manager (Business Operations Manager) will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful renewable projects and create new markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage company and project cash flow forecast. Track and update the actual project expenditure records
- Manage project budget in company s Project Management System (PMS)
- Manage accounts payable and receivables of the company
- Review and approve operational expenses and project-related expenditure
- Conduct monthly and quarterly OPEX analysis and control
- Provide support for the project origination, development, and sales
- Manage company tax filings, local annual audits, and related matters
- Manage local bank accounts and liaise with local banks
- Review related contracts and manage bank guarantees
- Coordinate with different departments and headquarters
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Understanding and experience of project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Project Management Systems (PMS) or similar software.
- Superior communication skills, capable of effectively managing interactions at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Impeccable time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines
- Chinese speaking is highly preferred
