Experienced Jewelry Sales Professional (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off)

Compensation: $40,000 - $85,000+ (compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.)
Responsibilities Create memorable experiences for your clients by celebrating life's special moments with a gift of fine jewelry, a special timepiece, or by assisting in preserving an heirloom piece
Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals
Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts
Assist current and potential customers with inquiries via phone, email, and business texting software in a respectful and professional manner
Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties
Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings
Qualifications Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred
Strong communication and relational skills
Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store
Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items
Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising)
