Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing retailer operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills for operational efficiency. This role is an in-office role, based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional operational support and work collaboratively with all external partners (3PL and retailers) to build strong and accountable relationships.
- Assist in supply chain management with 3PL and retail partners (QVC, Nordstrom, Amazon, Costco, new partners).
- Manage freight of inventory from domestic and international suppliers and track/document all updates and legal supports, managing inventory documentation to ensure shipments are on time and received in full.
- Manage product inventory to ensure new SKUs are added and adequate stock levels are maintained with 3PL and retailers.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and support inventory age analysis with 3PL to ensure all products meet shelf-life requirements.
- Support DTC/B2B shipping processes and analyses to ensure orders are placed and sent on time and in full, providing all packing supplies and details as needed.
- Own and oversee the creation and tracking of POs and packing slips, ensuring shipments are on time and received in full and invoices are paid, following up when necessary.
- Support B2B processes and assist with onboarding of new retail partners.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, including shipping and product defects.
- Support marketing with the operational aspects of marketing initiatives such as inventory updates and product requests.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, responding and following up to requests quickly and accurately.
- Provide support with ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Retail Operations and Store Management skills
- Operations Management experience
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Team play with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software tools.
