**Dishwasher - 34 Park Restaurant**

**Summary:** 34 Park is a brand new concept created by restaurateur Sal Lupoli, located in the former Salvatores in Andover.
The Dishwasher will provide all guests at 34 Park with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, and glassware. The dishwasher will ensure that the service area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized throughout their shift.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
* Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
* Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
* Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
* Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.
* Assist cooks with prep as needed. Assist in completing prep and storage food items.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 years of working BOH.
* Must follow handling and sanitation procedures and use extreme caution with utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment to avoid breakage.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.
