Inside Sales/Customer Service - Responsible for managing customer relationships, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers to provide a unique sales experience to our customers.

Education

Business Degree or equivalent experience.

Tasks and Work Activities


  • and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interface directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or in person.
  • and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers. Maintain customer databases and sets up new customer accounts.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • This position is located in the office of Fabric Development.
  • typical work day is a primarily sitting and working at a desk and using a computer
  • must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • of a Typical Work Week This position is a five(5) day work week consisting of eight (8) hours per day.
