**Cleaner/Custodian Job Description**
GWCS is a well-established local company with 12 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. This team member will display high caliber time management skills and a keen eye for detail to keep various clients satisfied. Greenway Cleaning Services is growing rapidly throughout the Metro Detroit area and looking to employ a long-term individual who is seeking an opportunity for advancement in this field.
**Requirements**
**Job Responsibilities:**
Duties may include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, & office spaces (may include trash).
Detailed tasks involve sanitizing & disinfecting surfaces, refilling dispensers, dusting, and window cleaning, etc.
Floor maintenance includes daily vacuuming and mopping; auto-scrubber used sparingly.
Specific job locations require completion of specific customer requested tasks (which will be listed and trained by management).
**Job Requirements/Skills:**
Previous commercial cleaning experience
Time and task management skills
Reliable transportation
Must be able to life items up to 30lbs.
