This position of Landscape Manager will ensure that all gardens installed by Gardenary are of the highest quality and continue our legacy of beautiful and edible gardens for our Nashville clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time Landscape Manager role at Gardenary Inc. located in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape design and maintenance for residential and commercial properties for Gardenary customers.
Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients to assess their needs, creating landscape plans, supervising installation and maintenance crews, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of landscaping principles and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape design, installation, and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape materials
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in landscape design software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
