Account Executive/ Marketing - Construction Casualty Insurance

Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive/Marketing Specialist to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for our customers.

Job Function:

Oversee a portfolio of new and renewal business, averaging 15 - 20 accounts at any one time
Develop strong relationships with underwriters and brokers
Partner with our account managers and producers to support business development
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the outcomes for our customers
Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for accounts assigned to you
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with underwriters and brokers
Review submissions for accuracy and completeness
Use Applied Epic to document and manage marketing activity
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of quotes and proposals

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Commercial Lines Account Manager, Commercial Lines Producer, or other relevant role, required.
Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license, required.
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelors degree, preferred.
Experience with Applied Epic, strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, preferred.
Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
