Our Client's Requirements x Job Description:

  1. Instructor Management
  • Scheduling: maintain updated availability to create and oversee bi-monthly schedules to instructors.
  • Instructor Development: partner with Lead Trainer and Master Traniers to support new instructors in their first 100 classes.
  • Instructor retention: in-studio presence, team events, instructor goodwill and coverage support.


2. Teaching

  • Teaching Hour Requirement: minimum 187 hours per quarter (~15 hours per week). Studio Leads are scheduled as needed. The schedule may include early mornings or late nights as well as weekends and holidays.
  • Emergency coverage as needed and assistance in sourcing coverage in emergency situations.


3. Sales & Retention

  • In-Studio Sales Assistance - pursuing new clients in studio, assisting instructors when there are multiple new clients in a class.
  • Member Retention. Fielding feedback from clients and being an in-studio presence to assist with questions and concerns.


4. Studio Operations

  • 6 month commitment at each new studio location: 12-month commitment total
  • Studio Audits and Retail Audits.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Upholding all brand standards and corporate policies.


5. Instructor Development includes, but is not limited to: Continuing Education, Taking Classes, Report Cards, and ongoing Instructor investment/goodwill. Attending trainings is encouraged to observe our training process and support new instructors throughout the training process.

  • Must be able to teach pilates
  • Must have previous management experience
  • Must have sales experience


Compensation:

  • Base pay- $65,000 annually
  • Benefits:
