Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Infor CloudSuite HCM/Payroll Lead
• Ability to configure, process, and validate payroll data and transactions.
• Understands payroll taxation principals, pay rules and deduction types
• Familiar with payroll reconciliation and regulatory reporting such as quarterly and year end processes
• Knowledge of Human Capital practices including Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HRMS technologies, and Human Capital metrics combined with knowledge or experience with Infor analytic solutions
