RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Full Time Position/Hourly (36-40 hours per week)
As the full-time retail store manager, you are the leader of the store! You are a sales-driven leader who takes leadership and pride in maximizing the potential of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, clear communication, and sound decision making. You are the leader who your team will look to deliver excellent standards and customer service, consistent with the Piper & Scoot guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
* 5+ years experience in retail management
* Passion for driving results
* Innovative and observant of stores financial goals and strategies
* Advocate for associates growth and development opportunities
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and adjust accordingly
* Flexibility during holiday hours + weekends
* Ability and confidence to take initiative and see something all the way through
* Self-starter that is willing to contribute to a team-based work environment
WHAT WE EXPECT:
* Knowledge of Piper & Scoot, our business model, and our products
* Lead (and/or hire) a functional team in a retail management role
* Multi-task and attention to detail; priority-setting and time management as strong suits
* Understand how to analyze reporting to drive sales
* Clear communication of training, hiring, and inventory needs of the store
* Strive to maintain unity and consistency in phenomenal customer service between all retail locations
* Support other managers and staff members from any and all retail stores in order to train and develop one another
