We achieve this by offering our team top pay, starting at $22/hr and can earn up to $28/hr immediately and many opportunities to earn beyond an hourly rate in the form of commissions. We offer daytime schedule, no weekends required, as we understand that a healthy work life balance is essential in living a meaningful life. However, there is always an opportunity to go full time or pick hours beyond part time, if desired.

We offer hands-on, paid training for 5 days. Our training program and system is the key factor to setting our cleaning techs up for success and to ensure that techs earn the highest pay, in this industry.
It will take roughly 2 weeks to develop a full, consistent and regular schedule that is best fit for you and our clients.
The ideal person for this position must be comfortable working independently, have a smart phone, have reliable transportation. Must pass a background test and have credible references. We are looking to bring on individuals that have a healthy work history that illustrates willingness to commit, as this is a permanent position with room to grow and develop within the company.

Must have availability between Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3/4pm. The On Deck Cleaning Co crew consists of upbeat, helpful, hospitality-minded people who enjoy what we do.

Our frontline cleaning techs are the heart and soul of our operation and in turn are acknowledged, as such.
Cleaning techs will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial properties within The Greater Bangor area.

All cleaning equipment and supplies provided, including uniform shirts.
