Position Overview:

Ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience in managing product catalogs in Amazon seller central and possesses tactical knowledge of Amazon advertising. This individual will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks, maintenance, and tactics across Amazon Marketplaces to support the Senior Amazon Manager in growing Fellow market share on Amazon as "the" premium home coffee brand.

This is a hybrid role with Tuesdays and Thursdays required in the office in San Francisco. Please note this position is required to be based in the Bay Area and we can offer relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage PDPs across catalog and global marketplaces. Manage buy box coverage, troubleshoot 3rd party sellers, update content, and improve SEO and sales rank using most current Amazon best practices.
  • Create listings and support new product launches. Create ASINs and monitor to proactively identify and solve for errors. Ensure listings are represented correctly to consumers with correct variation identities and taxonomies.
  • Monitor Brand Health and work with Seller Support to troubleshoot roadblocks and strategically solve for work-arounds within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Support tentpole promotions (e.g., Prime Day) and create deals. Forecast storage needs for tentpole events and partner with our logistics and operations teams well in advance on weekly shipment plans across marketplaces.
  • Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock.
  • Conduct keyword research and create, manage, and optimize Amazon sponsored ad campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities and threats to team in a competitive and dynamic Amazon ecosystem.
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting to assess trends and performance.

Required Experience:
  • 4+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Proficiency in inventory upload process, proven ability to troubleshoot errors and hijacked listing fixes
  • Experience managing and optimizing Amazon Sponsored ads using amazon ads console; familiarity with Perpetua and Helium10 platforms a plus
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Analytical with ability to communicate findings to larger org; proficiency in excel and google sheets
  • Curious and Investigative about Amazon Seller Central ecosystem with a focus on uncovering why's and how's in order to continue to grow Fellow Amazon customer base and leverage the platform to gain net new customers for the brand

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000
