**We are offering a $750 Sign-On Bonus** (to be paid throughout the first four months of employment).
Provides physical assistance and attendant care to home care clients in their place of residence. Provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) for home care clients only. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in providing service to frail elder clients according to assigned responsibilities and Home Care standards.
The territory for this position includes but not limited to Butler and surroundings areas. This is a field position with a designated home office location and the incumbent is expected to travel when visiting patients in their homes.
**Qualifications**
* Must have a high school diploma or GED.
* Completion of training in specific areas as required by state regulations governing home care service providers.
* One year of experience as a personal care giver with frail elderly is preferred.
* Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
* Must have dependable transportation with a valid drivers license. Independently visit patients in their homes.
* Current CPR certification. If uncertified training will be provided.
