Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned business in the maintenance, repair and operations industry. We have 18 branches nationwide and are growing into more locations. To keep up with our growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work as a Renovation Project Specialist.
**OVERVIEW**
The Renovation Inventory Analyst is responsible to keep track of products and quantities required to provide industry-leading fill rates on 48-hour deliveries to Chadwell Supply Renovation Customers. The Renovation Inventory will analyze renovation sales and coordinate with both the Renovation Fulfillment Specialist and the Chadwell Supply Purchasing Department to ensure proper inventory levels are met at the distribution centers and branches. Renovations Inventory Analyst will coordinate with all members of the Renovation Department, Renovation Field Managers and Branch Managers to determine any special needs. The Renovation Inventory will monitor fill rates, product ranking and inventory levels in order to make informed decisions as they pertain to each project/location.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
* Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with vendors, managers, and co-workers effectively.
* Be able to consolidate information from multiple sources.
* Be able to work in a self-managed team environment. This includes cooperatively scheduling work, meetings, and team task assignments.
* Have an aptitude to learn new Software.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Analyze Fill Rates and Backorder Reports to identify and resolve fulfillment issues.
* Analyze Renovation Inventory reports, make any necessary adjustments.
* Communicate with the Purchasing Department regarding any quantity that may impact inventory at any distribution centers.
* Analyze the needs to rebalance any excess renovation inventory and communicate with Branch Personnel.
* Audit existing Renovation projects and submit for closure as needed.
* Communicate with Primary Buyer to adjust the purchasing of proper inventory levels for Renovations projects.
* Review Master Quotes using Stock IQ to evaluate the expected performance level of active project, communicate findings with Renovation Field Managers.
* Communicate to appropriate personnel regarding new vendors, products and costs.
* Act as liaison between Renovations Department, Renovation Field Managers and Purchasing Department to strengthen buying power and monitor trends that may lead to new business.
