**Description**

**JOB SUMMARY:** An Assembler 2 has the ability to interpret assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** ***Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties***

* Able to use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures and hand tools

* Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines

* Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production down time

* Complete assigned jobs per established budget

* Ability to wire bond/solder

* Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Education: High School or Equivalent

* Experience Years: 1-3 years

* Experience Type: Basic electro-mechanical assembly

* OR Equivalent combination of education and experience

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: See Below:**

* Manual dexterity

**WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing Floor Based**

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Please see below:**

* Able to sit at work station/microscope 8+ hours per day
