A private High-Net-Worth family in the San Diego area is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the families ever-evolving endeavors! The ideal candidate will have experience supporting high-net worth principals and families with a wide range of responsibilities including estate management, calendar coordination, event planning and overseeing household staff. The role will be based out of the Principal's family office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dynamic calendars for the principal and family
- Organize detailed travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, visas, etc.
- Plan and execute large and small events
- Oversee estates and manage household staff
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ year's experience in a Personal Assistant/House Manager role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Available outside of business hours (evenings and weekends as needed)
