Our client, a boutique real estate finance firm with a focus in renewable energy, seeks a mid-level associate attorney (4-6 years) to join their team.
The firm's specialization in renewable energy is well-founded and began a decade ago when clients began investing in, lending on, and developing renewable energy projects. Since those initial transactions, the firm members' renewable energy practice have expanded, representing lenders, investors, and developers across various renewable energy sectors, including solar, biogas, anaerobic digester, and battery energy storage. They close over 100 renewable energy financing transactions annually across the country.
Associate attorneys should possess 4+ years of solid experience in commercial real estate finance. Experience in renewable energy is helpful but not necessary. This is a boutique firm and a wonderful opportunity to develop a niche specialty working alongside highly-respected partners.
Attorneys must be licensed and in good-standing in the State of Georgia. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, especially for a boutique law firm.
