Our client is seeking an experienced IP/Patent Attorney to join their team in the Middle East.
The role
- Managing outside counsel in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications
- Patent portfolio management
- Providing IP education to clients on various IP-related topics
- Providing legal advice in the areas of patent portfolio strategies
- Draft and negotiate research and development agreements and IP licenses
Requirements
- Undergraduate studies in chemical engineering or organic chemistry is highly desirable.
- JD/LLM, Bar qualified US lawyer
- At least 10 years' of experience in this field either in-house or private practice
- Experience of working with clients in oil & gas or chemicals is preferable.
Please note this position is based full-time in Saudi Arabia and requires a full relocation.
