This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our service department and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance field
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of field MEP service technicians
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have a valid driver s license and be able to meet or exceed company-qualifying standards
- Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time is required
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
