Contract to Permanent, possible salaried hire for the right candidate
Details:
Contract Attorney, Litigator, long term, substantive work, open ended
Hourly pay rate range: $35-$50/hour for all hours worked
Hourly pay rate is determined by the client and is related to directly relevant experience
Hybrid remote: 3 or 4 days per week in the DC office
Long term/open ended/possible hire for the right candidate
Must live commutable distance to Washington, DC
A boutique law firm specializing in litigation related to injuries resulting from vaccines
Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including:
Drafting of demands, motions and pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking/defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, and trial attendance - This experience must be on your resume in order for you to be considered.
Required:
Bar admission in any US jurisdiction and eligibility for admission to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. (DC, VA or MD bar preferred)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
