As a Workday Finance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the financial needs of the organization and translating them into Workday Financial Management solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure that it aligns with business processes and objectives. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to financial processes and reporting.
- Configure and customize Workday Financial Management modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and validate configurations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user procedures to support implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial Management functionalities, including best practices, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.
