Our client is a locally owned law firm representing clients in matters related to Immigration and Nationality law, Criminal Defense, and Family Law. They are searching for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Gainesville, GA.
Salary
$80k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + full benefits (Health Insurance is fully paid, matching 401k, PTO)
Job Summary
Associates will work with legal assistants while creating individualized case plans. In addition, associates will appear for Immigration Court hearings and interviews at the USCIS field office. Our attorneys represent a vulnerable population, so we require patience and diligence from our attorneys.
Qualifications: Desired Class Level(s): 3LP, 3LF, 4LP, Grad, LLM, LLM Grad, Reciprocity User, Reciprocity Grad Desired Skills: Research, Writing, Court Appearances, Spanish - Preferred but not required
