We are currently working with a top tech recruitment agency with immediate hiring needs for several experienced 360 IT Staffing recruiters to expand their team in the LA area. Our client specializes in IT across both contract, and direct hire placement.
Job description:
full desk/360 IT recruiter
- Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Build a comparative database in order to evaluate different key target clients
- Handle the recruitment from A to Z, from job debriefing, interview process to offer management stages, making sure every step of the way is within the organization standards while working closely with the recruitment delivery team throughout the process
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and leads
- Prepare a strategy to be efficient in traditional business development actions like chasing sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings
Job Requirements:
full desk/360 IT Recruiter
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors
- 3+ years of recruitment experience; full desk (360) experience ideal
- Must have Agency experience within the IT/technology verticals
- Must have a strong network in the local market
- Strong track record of billings
- Skilled communicator, with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated
