Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer with knowledge and experience in FFE at BG Studio International located in New York, NY. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for supporting the office with design and implementation of hospitality and residential interiors, PHOTOSHOP, 3D modeling, Power Point, rendering, FFE selection and material board. Additionally, maintain organization and cleanliness of sample library; carry-out some administrative duties including receiving/sorting sample material deliveries and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, ACAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of the design process, including furniture, finishes, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail and high organization skills.
- Portfolio with FFE selections made for projects, material boards in presentation style.
It would be beneficial if the candidate had a basic understanding and experience in FF&E budgets and procurement.
