Responsibilities
- Assist members in understanding gig work opportunities in the handyman services industry
- Educate members on the tools and skills required to excel as a handyman in the gig economy
- Provide recommendations and advice on best practices for marketing and promoting handyman services
- Help members establish competitive pricing structures for their services
- Offer guidance on managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service
- Research and share resources, tips, and tricks for improving handyman skills and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with other Gig Work Experts to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to members
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the handyman services industry
- Proven track record of success as a gig worker in the handyman field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing and promoting services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
