SUMMARY:
The Laborer is responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving material. Laborers also assist with a variety of functions related to manual labor tasks as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the operation of block manufacturing machinery with precision and efficiency.
- Assist with ensuring the proper mixture of materials and monitoring block production to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of plant equipment and the production area.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Ability to understand and follow all Federal, State, Local, and Corporate safety regulations and policies.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
