****Who you are****

Acting as the companys brand ambassador, the Sales Representative is the first point of contact for customers. This role will engage prospective customers to learn how Boundless / Rapid Visa can serve their immigration needs, while providing exceptional service that builds long term trustworthy relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a passion for helping others and is motivated by performance driven success.

****Responsibilities****

* Successfully sell customers the benefits of Boundless / RapidVisas products and services Achieve / exceed monthly sales goals demonstrating a strong go-getter work ethic

* Answers Inbound and Outbound customer calls, chats or emails regarding sales inquiries

* Probe for customer insight and eligibility, ensuring customer understanding and conversion

* Create FIVE-STAR first impressions driving long term customer loyalty and trustworthiness

* Follow up with customers via phone, email, chat to tempcheck on possible questions and challenges, moving them through the sales process from start to finish

* Become an expert in Rapid Visas / Boundless immigration solutions and services

* Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and provide best recommendations to new / existing customers

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, respond, and manage time effectively to complete daily, weekly, monthly goals

* Maintains a high level of professionalism while establishing positive and empathetic relationships with both customer and teammates alike

* Responsible in achieving continuous learning and be updated with product knowledge and industry changes that are relevant to the role

****Qualifications****

* 1-3 years experience in a sales role.

* Self-motivated with proven ability to achieve target-based sales goals and objectives

* Excellent phone and active listening skills.

* Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic

* Coachable and positive attitude

* A team player and can get along with other people.

* Highly motivated in acquiring new learning and skills that can help support their role in the company.

* Displays a creative mindset in solving issues and problems as quickly as possible.

* Prior experience with immigration processes is a major plus!
