**Job Responsibilities**
* Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
* Work alongside sales employees & manager to meet desired goals and objectives
* Promote a positive sales culture for the team & create a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
* Stock in new and used vehicles as requested
* Help maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
* Appraise trade-ins and purchases
* Help keep track of scheduels within sales department
