Recruitment/Posting Title RBS -Coadjutant Non-Teaching-Grants Department RBS - Human Resources Salary Open Posting Summary Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University invites applications for Coadjutant non-teaching positions, employees who do research and other non-teaching academic support duties when the individual is hired for less than a semester or for a full Fall or Spring semester during the 2021-2022 academic year. Research and other special projects supported by grant funding in accordance with grant specifications.
Successful applicants will require strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to influence and work collaboratively with department/program leadership by providing multiple levels of service that enhance students knowledge and skills, and creates path for continuous learning and career progression while managing multiple projects.
Appointments are in the Newark and/or New Brunswick campuses. COVID-19 Immunization Requirement Rutgers University requires all new employees to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated and have received a booster (where eligible) against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the employee a medical or religious exemption. Employees who are not eligible for a booster at the time of an offer of employment provide proof they have received a booster upon eligibility and upload proof of same. Participates in special projects, and performs other duties as assigned throughout the year.
