About the RoleThe Company is seeking a new Dean to lead and shape the future of its ministry within the Anglo-Catholic tradition. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of priorities, including advancing student enrollment and fundraising, effectively managing operations, and maintaining trust with all stakeholders, particularly students, faculty, and the Board of Directors. The Dean will be expected to continue the institution's mission and ensure its growth and success, following in the footsteps of the respected leader who is stepping down from the deanship.Candidates for the Dean position at the company should have a strong background in ministry and a deep understanding of the Anglo-Catholic tradition.
