Job Summary:

The Client Services Product and Design studio is looking for a producer with outstanding program management skills and strong creative intuition to partner with Product Management and other cross-functional teams on the strategic planning and launch features in our Services.

Key Qualifications:

7+ years as a senior Producer or Program Manager in tech, media, sports, or digital entertainment Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations

Deep familiarity with the Client s ecosystem of media products and services

Proven ability to influence at all levels, with outstanding oral and written communication.

Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and learning new technology and software quickly.

Ability to foster synergies among our teams and develop cross-product connections.

Top-notch organization and prioritization skills


Description:

As part of the Product Operations team, you ll work alongside other Producers who manage Product operations for the Client s suite of media products, including Client TV, Sports, Music, and Podcasts.

You ll partner with Product Management, HI, and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to coordinate product requirements and manage roadmaps that bring quality and innovation to our Services.

You ll drive process, workflow, and standards for the Product Management teams, including operationalization of go-to-market activities in the lead-up to launch.

You ll also play a key role in coordinating executive reviews, keynote events, product demos,

and press briefings.

You can run a tight ship and you re at your best when juggling numerous competing priorities and switching contexts all while advocating for exceptional user experience and ensuring that the end product is delivered on time and meeting stakeholder expectations.

You take pride in being one step ahead, anticipating issues, and delivering solutions that lead to an improved customer experience.


Core Responsibilities:

End-to-end program management

Coordinating and maintaining product documentation and roadmap

Managing large cross-functional project meetings and reviews

Tracking and communicating project milestones and scope changes

Running stand-ups, delegating work across functions, and developing work back schedules

Planning and leading generative and creative workshopping sessions

Coordinating Product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events.

Calibrating bandwidth across the Product team to inform project assignments and deadlines.

Constantly optimizing workflow and communication in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
