This opportunity is remote, but the candidate must sit in Tulsa, OK area.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor s degree or combination of up to one year inside sales, customer service
- Relevant Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience required, with an emphasis on advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets preferred (VLOOKUPS)
Plusses:
- Experience in Gas, Hospitality, Hardgoods, paralegal, Foodservice, DOT, FDA, or Government industry
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools; SAP, AO/Crystal, PROS, Data Warehouse, Business Warehouse, Power BI
- Previous exposure to commercial contract terms and conditions preferred
- Previous experience manipulating large datasets and analyzing data from multiple sources
Day to Day:
The Strategic Accounts (SA) Pricing Specialist will support the commercial account managers by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of company-wide pricing guidelines. This candidate will be providing pricing support and profitability reporting for SA customers. Audit system pricing, tagging, and partnerships and work with various teams to ensure customer data is aligned with the contractual pricing structure. Compile mass price review documents & supplemental reporting to execute contractual price increases for assigned portfolios of customers, working cross-functionally to ensure proper and timely implementation. Review & submit national price maintenance requests for assigned customers, provide guidance and context on pricing strategy, and suggest available options that will best meet the requestor s needs. Initiate and document customer notifications for price adjustments & force majeure events.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5;00 p.m.
