Essential Job Functions
- Conducts interviews and hires staff
- Manages day to day activities of the sales staff
- Holds regular meetings with the sales staff, reviewing sales strategies, best practices, new products and product enhancements.
- Develops strategy for building and maintaining account base, utilizing effective sales techniques
- Achieve monthly performance standards
- Achieve monthly call queue performance standards
- Enhance loan agent sales, customer service and technical skills
- Monitor agent originations, fundings and loan conversion percentages performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas
- Weekly meetings informing staff of expectations and weekly/monthly goals
- Weekly training, covering new products and procedure changes
- Daily meetings with Director/VP s
- Sales Team pipeline management
- Ensures that sales staff is following company policies and procedures
- Assistance with daily tasks such as DU/LP
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years mortgage sales management experience in call center setting preferred
- 5+ years of mortgage sales experience preferred
