Role Description
The Sr. Project Manager position requires a thorough and complex understanding of CEQA and CEPA and experience in the transportation sector. This position is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including keeping the client informed, providing strategic management, and project planning. The Project Manager will manage mid-large sized projects with minimal senior oversight. Circlepoint is a collaborative work environment at all levels, and this role will work closely with Managing Principals, the Business Development Team, and other teams to meet annual sales targets comprised of new and augmented contracts.
This is a full-time position, and we prefer that the team member work out of our Oakland office based on a hybrid work schedule (2 days a week in the office).
Qualifications
- A bachelor s degree in environmental planning or related field
- Minimum of four years in the transportation sector
- Minimum seven years of producing and managing CEQA and NEPA documentation
- Experience with CEQA and NEPA procedural requirements
- Knowledge of planning, environmental, and political issues
- Accomplished writer of business, environmental, and public information
- Ability to travel required
- Valid driver s license and access to an automobile
Salary Range
$96,000-$144,000 a year
