Club employees will conduct themselves in a manner that supports the Tumble Creek Club mission- We care for people so they can be their best. The Event Coordinator is responsible for the organization and filing for the events function and ensuring event organizers and their guests expectations are met per designated guidelines. Essential Functions
Read, process, and file banquet event orders, resumes, and AV material on a daily basis. Follow all Resort and Department guidelines. Act as liaison between the guest and the property in orchestrating a successful guest experience while displaying a professional attitude and welcoming personality. Assist Membership Director with any administrative needs. Take ownership of the floor ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. Utilizing the BEO's, check all event spaces in use that day to ensure the rooms are set per the guest's specifications. This inspection includes cleanliness and overall appearance. Ensure all rooms have the appropriate door signage and lobby has correct room postings. Take action where needed. Report any deficiencies to the Membership Director Assist the guest with any challenges that may arise. Assist the guests with any requests they may have Contact the appropriate department and follow up to ensure eachchallenge is resolved. Communicate any changes to the appropriate department, such as lunch requests, room set-ups, meeting times. Assist the Membership Director with BEO's, welcome packets, amenity forms and site visits as needed. Assist guest with computer needs, nametags, table tents, conference dining table tags, and menu description cards.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledgeable in computer technology. Area of Interest
