Job Description Dishwasher-Coney Island Brewery - ( 210000UC ) **Description**
We are currently hiring a **Dishwasher at Coney Island Brewery in New York.**
**What You'll Brew:**
* Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash dishes by hand, place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
* Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation.
* Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
* Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
* Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
* Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
* Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
* Help load and unload supplies and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas including restocking keg-coolers and changing kegs.
* Provide routine inspections of restrooms and help ensure they remain clean and fully stocked before, during, and after shifts.
* Help with opening and closing duties, setting up and breaking down the bar. Clean and refill glassware, clean the bar top, and restocking bar during service.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Full weekend availability required
* Outgoing and enthusiastic personalities eager to learn
***Preferred Qualifications:***
* Prior experience working at a fast past restaurant and/or brew pub
* Familiarity with and passion for craft beer
