What you get to do:

  • Drive storytelling through the development of in-park Marketing signage creative and video content supporting events, new attractions, mobile app awareness and admission products.
  • Provide graphic support for owned Marketing channels (Sales, PR, Membership, email, social) for the Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA brands
  • Work with a variety of agencies and internal resources to develop creative assets for use in paid media, digital channels and in park. This includes leading minor marketing film and photo shoots, including planning, logistics and day of support.
  • Assist with creating branded reference guides and compelling content packages to support key messages and campaigns for Busch Gardens & Water Country USA throughout the year.
  • Act as a local brand steward by managing and organizing the internal asset library. Promote message and graphic continuity across all marketing and in-park departments.
  • This is an on-site position, located in Williamsburg, VA

Other requirements:
  • A portfolio of work exemplifying graphic design experience is encouraged.
  • Strong experience with graphic design (Adobe suite) required.
  • Experience with photography and video-editing software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven ability to create engaging original content.
  • College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and social media marketing experience preferred.
  • Marketing or industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Lift 20 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.


Compensation: $16.00 per hour
