Klarity Mental Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience or a strong desire to work in mental health..


Monday through Friday, daytime hours, clinic setting, patients seen by appointment only. No Call, No Weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mental health disorders by conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for patients that may involve a combination of psychotherapy, medications, interventional therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Perform TMS mapping and supervise the TMS treatment process to ensure accurate and effective stimulation as needed.
  • Deliver interventional treatments including TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and Ketamine Therapy, working closely with clinical leadership team to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and track the effects of interventional treatment to assess a patient s response, adjust treatment parameters when applicable, and determine the need for changes to the overall treatment strategy.
  • Educate patients and their families about the nature of their mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies to manage symptoms.
  • Manage crises that may arise in their patients mental health such as depressive episodes, suicidal ideation, and acute psychosis.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in psychiatric care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.
  • Review psychiatric care with and collaborate with appropriate team to ensure holistic care for patients.


Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board eligible as a PMHNP in the state of Indiana
  • Active NPI, DEA and CSR
  • Experience in administering TMS treatments is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and receive additional training in these modalities is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients on a compassionate and empathetic level.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in psychiatric medicine and related treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: From $115,000, depending on experience
