Our client, located in Hanover, MD is looking for a Technical Project Manager. This will be a 2 3-month temporary position.
Responsibilities:
- Position will play a pivotal role in HR Transformation overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects aimed at enhancing the company's systems.

- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including government officials, engineers, contractors, and the public, to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and community needs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to track project milestones, budget expenditures, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience managing Human Resources projects in a government or public-sector environment, with a strong understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with transportation industry standards, technologies, and best practices is desirable.
Compensation: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
