Role Description
We are seeking full and part time Mental Health Counselors (pre-licensed okay) based in Lancaster, PA, to provide individual, couples, and family counseling to adolescents and adults with emerging and/or enduring mental health concerns. The day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling sessions, clinical supervisions and assisting with case management. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely for some of the time. In addition to general mental health outpatient work, our team has specialized contracts with a local private high school, three private grade schools and a local college --supporting youth and their families.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Doctoral okay, too)
- (For $1000 Sign On Bonus) Licensed as LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW or PSY on Pennsylvania.
- Successfully pass NCE exam (for pre-licensed LPCs)
- Able to obtain clean State and FBI clearances as needed for working with youth
- Previous Family-Based (FBMHT) Experience, ESSFT, a plus
