Our client are a fast-growing renewable energy company committed to developing sustainable solar projects across the country. We're seeking a passionate and driven Senior Project Developer to join our team and play a key role in bringing clean energy solutions to life.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and secure potential sites for solar PV projects.
• Have a solid understanding of permitting processes across America
• Lead the project development process from origination to construction-ready stage.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including financial modeling and resource assessments.
• Negotiate and secure land leases with property owners.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and local communities.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.

To be successful, you will have:

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar PV.
• A proven track record of successfully developing solar projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial modeling software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
• A valid driver's license.
