**Customer Service Specialist-Registration Team**

**Position Summary:**

The Customer Service Specialist Event Registration Team member assists customer service for all event registrations. Position is fast paced that requires multi-tasking and ability to problem solve.

**Summary of Essential Job Functions:**

* Registration set-up and order processing

* Registration monitoring

* Communicating with customers regarding registration status and questions

* Communicating status and reporting to the Events department

* Virtual registration support for virtual events

* Event reconciliation

* Weekly reports on registrations if needed

**Minimum Requirements:**

Customer service experience, basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Zoom and Google doc), attention to detail, excellent written and spoken communication skills. College degree preferred, but not required.
