**Overview**:

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to work out of our Houston, TX warehouse to manage the daily operations of the warehouse and employees. Manages materials according to contract requirements stipulated by our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

* Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting.

* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

* Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

* Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications**:

* 3 5 years required experience with inventory management

* Must have experience with developing budgets, Safety Management, developing standards, managing processes, surveillance skills, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance, and exercising judgment

* Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage other individuals to ensure employees follow directions, product quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies.

* Must be able to demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of goals

* Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing up to 50 to 100 pounds
