**Warehouse Specialist**
Philadelphia, United States Full-time **Job Description**
* Ensure safe keeping of materials, maintain quality and quantity.
* Maintain and provide proper records.
* Check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and arrange for the storage in its appropriate place.
* Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of low stock of all items
* Reserve a particular material for a specific job required
* Issue materials only in required quantities according to the authorized requisition list
* Use internal systems according with Companys processes
* Prepare and provide required reports/feedback and other information requested by management.
* Deliver goods from warehouse to dedicated recipient in accordance with Jira tickets
* Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Successfully complete pre-employment drug & background checks
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
* High school education or equivalent
* Great communication skills
* High sense of responsibility
* The ability to accurately fulfil the managements instructions and work tasks
* Physical ability to frequently lift and carry different weights and different shapes of materials in
* Ability to work independently and in a team
