Ovise has partnered with a Financial Services orginzation who is looking to hire a Network Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure group. Ideally, you will have previous experience working at an MSP or Financial firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, routers, switches, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot LAN, VoIP, and circuit connectivity issues.
- Oversee Cisco Call Manager and Webex integration.
- Install and upgrade equipment after business hours.
- Coordinate with IT staff and end users to resolve issues.
- Manage other voice, network, and security systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies within a team environment.
- Experience with Telcos for circuit installations and troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and vendor support experience.
- Excellent communication skills for user interaction.
- Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities.
