Job Summary:
The Specialized Equipment Mechanic assembles and maintains specialized equipment, analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, and plans and takes corrective action. The work performed by the Specialized Equipment Mechanic is essential to ensure that the Conco specialized equipment is operational to perform the specialized cleaning services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembling of specialized equipment.
- Perform quality control on specialized equipment.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repair on the assigned equipment on the work site in compliance with the DOT, customer, and OSHA requirements.
- Establish and maintain records and documentation on the assigned equipment.
- To set up, adjust, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality of this equipment.
- Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
- Verify and pre-inspect all equipment and tools prior to starting any work for productive function, unsafe conditions, or unsafe hazards.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain & warehousing and operations department.
- Secure and control proprietary technologies and equipment in secured areas
- On call 24/7 for mechanical related issues
- Mobilize to global work sites for equipment repair if required.

Must have intimate knowledge of all scopes of work performed by Conco.
Must have intimate knowledge of all products offered by Conco and their implementation.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Solid knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with an appropriate sense of urgency and accuracy underpressure.
