Including local, state and federal laws.Adhere to system documentation, policies and procedures to ensure accurate operational reporting.Review account status, advise customers of current status, and request additional information as needed on inbound / outbound calls.Skills:2 + years of Collections experience or Customer Support in a Banking Environment.Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform in a production environment and meet monthly operational metric goals.Shifts: Monday-Thursday 9am 7pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm & Monday Friday 10am-7pm.If you enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast paced environment then embark on a rewarding career where you can make a difference while achieving your professional goals!
